“I ORDERED A RUG WHICH WAS NOT IN STOCK AND WAS TOLD IT COULD BE SUPPLIED IN SEVEN DAYS. I WAS SENT AN EMAIL FOUR DAYS LATER TO SAY THAT IT WAS ON ITS WAY TO ME. IT ARRIVED TWO DAYS LATER IN PERFECT CONDITION AND VERY WELL WRAPPED. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY....RUGS GALORE TO SUIT ANY STYLES AND COLOUR SCHEMES, MANY THAT I HADN'T SEEN ON THE HIGH STREET !”

“This store is one of the best on line companies I have dealt with, they keep you fully up todate with delivery times, and if you have a query they will really put themselves out to give you the answer. When the Rug arrived it was exactly as shown on their web site. I am very impressed, and would definitely recommend them to anyone.”

“Easy ordering process, simple communication and timely delivery. Very pleased with the quality of the product and the price paid. One small issue. Delivery company did not offer time on day for delivery so had to stay in all day.”
