“I am pleased with the colour - it is as I expected from the picture - and apparent quality of the product but only time will tell. The rug arrived on the specified day and the courier carried it into the room I wanted.”

“Very efficient indeed,I got the rug very quickly I had to change it because the colour wasn't quite right for the room,and I am now waiting for them to pick up the unwanted one and deliver the new one,But all seems very good indeed. Thankyou.”

“I phoned on Saturday to enquire if the mats I liked were in stock. A nice man checked this and told me no but they would be able to get them in and delivered to me on the south coast by Friday. I received a few emails keeping me informed of things and my mats duly arrived on Thursday. Lovely thick woollen rugs, well made too. I am very pleased with my rugs. The service was brilliant. I will definitely use Rugstore again.”
