“Wasn't sure of something and called up for advice. Very helpfull gentleman gave me right advice, and also called me back to check on something Incase he'd given me wrong info( which he hadn't) Loving my rug too.”

“Very helpful on the telephone after I had been let down by another rug store and gave me information about the item I was trying to purchase. Excellent service. Despatched my rug by courier on the day I ordered. The rug arrived, well packaged, the next day at 09.30. Also included a free rug grip. I would highly recommend this retailer to anyone wanting to purchase a rug. Thank You.”
