“Genuinely great Service. Problem with online stock and order refunded immediately. 3-4 Days later we received phone call from Tony, he now had one arrived on back order, would we still like to go ahead? Delivered the next day. Brilliant! Rug is great. Wish all shops and sellers gave such genuinely great customer service. Thanks Tony!”

“What a lovely company to work with. The rug was sent directly from Belgium and was a day late, but the RugstoreNE were so helpful and sorted it out. It was a pleasure to deal with such friendly and helpful folks, a real NE warmth. Highly recommended”
