“Very good website with plenty of rugs in all sizes, shapes and price ranges to choose from. Easy to order and information provided quickly giving details of delivery. We were very pleased with the quality of the rug and the colouring was true to the pricture in website. Would recommend to friends and have no hesitation in using again,”

“There is only one word to describe this purchase ---- Rubbish. I have bought many rugs over the years, but never one as awful as this. The quality was dreadful, loose bits all over the rug, the sides even worse than the middle of it. What added insult to injury, was the fact that this firm took the cost of the rug from my account on the same day as the order was placed, followed by an email stating it would be in stock more than a week later, and would be dispatched within a few days after that. What added even more insult, this rug was over £25 less on other sites (on Amazon) than the £99 I paid to Rugstorene, but it was my fault for not spotting this. The rug now resides in the local charity shop, hoping someone will give it house room, Disgusted.”

“Unfortunately the colours of the runner I ordered did not resemble the photo on the website, but Rugstore sent a courier to pick it up the next day, with no question of me having to pay to return it. Although it was not the rug I had hoped for, it was very good quality and the customer service was excellent. Emma Ford”

“I have been looking for this hard to find rug on the internet for weeks. Everyone I spoke to had to source the rug for me from their supplier and one company said they had it in stock, I paid them and 8 days later I insisted I had my money back. Being a bit annoyed and wary of buying from the internet, I came across rugstoreNE. I rang them up paid over the internet and was totally amazed when they said delivery would be the next day! Sure enough the next day the rug arrived (its totally beautiful) as promised. The service is just outstanding, the staff polite and to get it delivered the next day shows that they mean what they say. No hassle, straightforward excellent customer service. Don't go to the rest go the BEST rugstoreNE.”

“I found rugstore online and Telephoned to check their stock. The gentleman I spoke to could not have been more helpful - AND - I received my rug the day after placing my order - fantastic service - and no charge for delivery ! Definitely use them again!”
