“Excellent and speedy service! One point to improve on - the delivery company should be able to give a prospected time window of a few hours when the delivery is taking place rather than just giving a day without further specification. Would still recommend!!”

“Great website with very authentic pictures . Love our rug and amazing service. Kept up to date and all our questions handled in person in minutes! Could not recommend more highly - mother horrified you could buy a rug without trawling the shops.....even she can't believe the result and the service . At 76 she won't change but I will never leave the house again to shop for floor coverings! Thanks”

“Not impressed with the communication, rug was delayed. The rug itself is really nice but very slippery on the surface if you have kids, which I do. Next time I buy I rug I will go and feel it first.”
