“This rug is so thick and feels soft to the touch. very good quality and the price is just fantastic, Very good customer satisfaction, was kept well informed re; delivery.”

“I have had no issues at all and found the service prompt and the email updates useful... The only let-down was the courier, UK Mail... I have had other deliveries recently from other suppliers and their service is by far the worst of all the delivery companies I have experienced! If I never dealt with UK Mail again, it would be a lovely.”

“The choice of rugs is outstanding and the website is easy to navigate. There is something to suit all tastes in design, colour, size or shape. The prices are extremely competitive, communications were effective and delivery was speedy. Shopping at the Rug Store was a good experience and certainly one I will repeat.”

“I bought a lovely Sanderson wool carpet, difficult to get a good idea of the colours online, but was impress when the carpet arrived- looks better in real life! The only thing I would mention is it does she'd a bit, not sure if that is what wool carpets do.”

Hi Zelda, Thank you for your review, initial shedding is completely normal on any wool rug or carpet. There is a section in our Rug Care page explaining this more fully and proper maintenance instructions to help reduce shedding. http://www.rugstorene.co.uk/rug-care .
