“I ordered 2 matching rugs for our Lounge and they arrived very quickly. I am very pleased with them as they look exactly like the photo. When I phoned the company with a few questions before I placed my order, I found both people very helpful and polite and wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again if I needed their products”

“I ordered a rug from RugStore NE on Tuesday afternoon and it was delivered the next day! The sheepskin rug is absolutely gorgeous! I ordered a non-slip mat to go underneath and it was cut to size for me. The rug is worth every penny and I was very impressed with the speedy and easy service I received from RugStore. I would certainly recommend and order from them again!”

“I ordered my rug on the tuesday and asked if it was possible for delivery friday the same week,the retailer was really helpful and polite and my order came on the friday.I cannot say how impressed i'am with the quality and look of my rug!it is the speaking point of my living room.I would recommend the rugstore to everyone and i wouldn't buy a rug anywhere else.Very pleased customer.”

“We purchased the rug to use in a bedroom of our holiday home in France. We have now installed it and are delighted with the appearance and the quality. The rug ordering and delivery arrangements were speedy and first class, and the customer service via telephone extremely helpful. I would have no hesitation in buying a rug at this price range in the future.”
