“This lovely soft yet thick rug is lovely, the colour, which is purple, matches the picture on the Rugstore NE site exactly, I have put it on the silver carpet I have recently bought, and it looks great, I have had many complimentary comments about this rug, it also arrived in very good time, in perfect condition, many thanks to Rugstore NE, I will definitely shop with you again, I would thoroughly recommend this seller.”

“Very good doesn't adequately illustrate the service and quality of the product. I was kept informed, almost every day, about what was happening with my order. When it arrived, much to my surprise a day earlier than I had expected (and because I hadn't checked my emails I hadn't seen the update) I was suitably impressed. The rug is just the ticket, and the backing stops our two Yellow Labradors, Poppy and Magnus, looking a bit like a sad Torville and Dean!! It hoovers up a treat, has not shed and there are no 'pulls'. In fact, I would say it's top notch.”

“Very good quality rugs, very happy with all of them. Customer service was excellent, I was contacted by phone when one item wasn't in stock and given alternative options. The despatch time was very promp and the rugs arrived packed in heavy duty polythene via a signed for service. Couldn't be happier. Buy with confidence.”
