“Brilliant & very courteous service. The rugs I wanted weren't in stock, but within 4 working days I had received the rugs! They were delivered on time. I am thrilled with the quality. I will definitely use Rug Store NE again.”

“I am absolutely delighted with my two rugs: Squiggle Yellow and Eden Green, although I would say Eden Green did arrive looking a bit darker than on the screen (I know, all screen resolutions differ), but for my lounge that was even better than I was expecting - deep rich colours! Both rugs wonderful quality, lovely thick pile. Also, I placed my order on the net, received an immediate advice, expected the delivery to take some time and both rugs arrived within four days. I shopped around and quite honestly could find nowhere of better value. If you are looking for a rug - this is the only place you should go!”

“We ordered 2 Mammoth Rugs on the 27th of May and they arrived on the 3rd of June. They are exactly what we were looking for and more - super deep and super super soft!! :-)”

“Very impressed with the product. It was easy to shop online with good and easy to browse website. Delivery was little late than expected but I understand this is mainly due to the product had to be delivered from different provider which is fine. When delivery confirmation was received it was bang on time swift delivery. So, well done!”

“I saw the rug I wanted elsewhere and the shop in question was frustratingly slow and promised delivery in 6-8 weeks, then lost the order. Rugstore NE delivered within 2 weeks, with no hassle at all, and plenty of information throughout. The rug itself is gorgeous. I'm very happy.”
