“Had to ring because on-line order would not process and found the customer service very friendly and helpful, and delivery time exceeded expectations would be more than happy to use Rugstore again and recommend to others.”

“Saw this rug, ordered it in the afternoon and next day it arrived.... amazing service, very helpful lady at the end of the phone who helped with my purchase and the rug is exceptional quality for the money I paid plus free delivery .It looks a lot more expensive than it was and really has brightened up my plain hallway. What more could I ask. Will definitely be adding this site to my favourites and highly recommending. Looking forward to deciding on new lounge rugs next........”

“I am really glad I have been given this opportunity to write a review about rugstore ne as I have never had such amazing treatment from a company! Tony could not have been more helpful. I needed my rug quickly and he liaised with manufacturer and got the rug to me on a next day delivery. He kept me updated every step of the wsy and was very honest with what was happening abd timescales etc. I was taken aback by how kind, honest and helpful they eere and would highly recommend them! Thank you x”
