“The rug was as advertised and I am very pleased with it. The only drawback was that I had to stay in all day for delivery with only 24 hours notice . I did telephone the dleivery company on the number given, but all he was able to say was that it was on the truck!!”

“Quality of the rugs that I have bought is excellent and they were delivered quickly and exactly when they they said. Can't fault them in any way on either product or service. I've just ordered another one this morning!”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we do quote general delivery times on our delivery info page as a guide and ask customers to contact us prior to ordering if they need a next day delivery. We sent you an email on Monday 18th August quoting seven days into us as we were out of stock of the rug you ordered. We sent a further email on Friday 22nd August when we dispatched the rug to you with tracking information. I have tracked the delivery and it is scheduled for delivery tomorrow as our courier does not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holiday Monday.
