“The RUG I ORDERED ON THE INTERNET IS A BRIGHTER TOTALLY DIFFERANT RUG PATTERN ALTHOW YOU HAVE SENT A JEFF BANKS RUG . I AM DISAPOINTED AS I WOULD NEVER HAVE BOUGHT A RUG THESE COLOURS. I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING ON THE INTERNET FOR RUGS AGAIN”

“great choice of rugs and good prices too. I bought the champagne coloured sheepskin rug which was despatched on Friday, delivered 8.05 on Monday morning , great service and really please with the rug store. The rug was excellent quality”

“Great selection of rugs, easy to navigate, simple ordering, great delivery performance. One bone of contention - don't trust the colour rendering on the rug images. We were looking for an Afghan rug, and chose one partly based on the colour. The image must have been lit very brightly for the photograph, as the rug was much darker in reality when delivered. We have kept the rug as it fantastic, suits our and changes colour with the light, and as it happens may have been too bright in the expected rendering! However, I consider it almost a trade descriptions issue not to try to accurately represent the colour of the product on the web site - it is simple enough with white balance adjustment.”

“The rug was out of stock when I ordered it so it took a little longer to receive as they had to wait for their stock to be updated. However when it did come in they sent it next day delivery, very happy with my new rug.”

“The rug itself is super and the delivery time excellent. However, we do not appreciate it being left outside (and overnight) in our woodshed because the delivery driver couldn't be bothered to walk down our drive (100m), other than that all good.”
