“Beth was excellent. There was no wait for chat. She answered my questions fully, was polite and professional, and it was a great customer service experience. This is my second purchase with Rug Studio, and their customer service is a primary reason — plus great prices!”

“I still have not received the rug. I inquired about the shipping date but got no response. I tried to cancel the order before it shipped and was told I could not. And to repeat, I still do not have any rug.”

Upon reviewing your order history, we see that your order was shipped within 24 hours of being placed, and tracking shows it was delivered over a month ago. A photo of the delivery at your front door is also available in the tracking details. While we understand that issues can arise, we ask that any delivery discrepancies be reported to us within 5 days of the tracking showing the item as delivered. Unfortunately, we have no record of any communication or a cancellation request from you prior to shipment or after delivery. “Rug was shipped with only one layer of plastic wrapping. Plastic wrapping torn at edges and black oily dirt stained on rug edges. Inner cardboard tubing also broken in half; apparent of rough transit. Expect much more protection to be provided to your products, than this. Shipped product fast and we are happy with our purchase- just not having to clean it before even using it.”
