“The service I received was excellent- above and beyond actually! I described something I’d seen that was out of stock and the salesman went to work looking for a comparable rug. Within a half hour he emailed me a picture and description of one I liked even better! It arrived just days later. I am thrilled with how it looks in my dining room.”

“My experience with Rug studio was excellent, I have purchased In the last two months a large bedroom rug for my new home, plus several small entryway rugs. Customer Service was excellent i.e. one could actually speak to a person on the phone without a long wait. That’s unprecedented for a Sales website experience, at least for me. Good job done by all that I had contact with at Rug Studio, and I would not order a rug from anywhere else online.”

“Rug Studio was truly a pleasure to work with. Your order follow up was excellent. The rug that was ordered had a suggested arrival of July, 2024, but actually arrived in March. Everyone is very pleased with the quality of the rug, its price and more importantly, it works so beautifully in the space. Your Customer Service people were very knowledgeable and helpful. They were a pleasure to work with.”

“I liked the design. The price was good. delivery was fast. The negative (so far) is that I am not happy so far with the "shedding" of the rug in the more trafficed areas, particularly the dark gray / black area. It is almost like it is shedding. Maybe with a little initial ware is will stop. I hope.”

Hi Paul, we are thrilled to hear that the price and delivery exceeded your expectations! Yes, hand-tufted, wool rugs are the worst offenders when it comes to shedding. The breaking-in process can take anywhere from a few days to a few months depending on the foot traffic it gets and the amount of vacuuming you give it. I would be happy to extend your RA by a few weeks in case you decide you want to return it. However, most customers find that if they give it the TLC it needs, they end up with a treasured piece to last for many years. Thank you!

“I had previously order this rug through Lazy Boy. They failed to deliver it 5 months later. I was able to find same rug for over $100 less on Rug Studio AND I received it in less than 2 weeks. I would def recommend purchasing from Rug Studio.”

“I found Rug Studio about a year ago and it's the only place I buy rugs from now. The customer service people are very responsive and helpful. It's great to be able to "buy" samples and then return them for a refund. I don't live near a good rug store now and can't imagine how I'd choose a rug on line without samples. The rugs I've purchased have arrived quickly and are well wrapped. We're very happy with our purchases and recommend Rug Studio.”

“I saw a Karastan rug I loved on Pinterest and did some research to find the best price. The RugStudio had the best price of all the websites I went to. The ordering was easy and the shipment was quick. Very impressed!”

“I have purchased two rugs. The first rug I received was fine, but looked quite different from the photo online. As advised, I did check more than one computer monitor to see if there was something wrong with the monitor from which I submitted my order. But all the monitors showed the same colors - not the same colors as the rug I received. Regarding the second rug purchased, I was expecting a Karastan. But the rug I received is NOT labeled “Karastan” and may well be a cheap knock-off. Because I do not want to spend my time and energy returning rugs by mail, I will probably not order from this business again.”

Hi Lila, We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your Karastan rug. RugStudio is a preferred Karastan dealer and does not sell seconds, irregulars or knock-offs of any kind. While these two rugs are both genuine Karastan rugs, they have different qualities and subtle characteristics. I see you are outside our normal return period, but I would encourage you to return the one you are unhappy with for a full refund. We are happy to make that accommodation for you.
