“Excellent service! Shipped and delivered as informed. My small concern was the UPS delivery as the bag was torn and the rug exposed. The bag was full of mud and must have been dropped. The rug is fine. I am so happy to find rag rugs! This one was a little lighter in color than I thought it would be, however, it will work. I will definitely order more rugs from you in the future. Great Service!”
