“Overall, a good experience. On my first attempt to order a rug, the tracking info showed it was delivered to someone in New Jersey - I live in northern New England. I called to report it and spoke with someone in customer service. She said she had to check on it and that it might take a while. I reminded her I was charged weeks ago and would like the rug. It showed up a few days later. Well packed. Nice rug. I'll purchase again!”

“The rugs I ordered are wonderful.(Oriental weavers Atlas Charcoal-Gold. Beautiful colors. Good quality, colorful and perfect for the kitchen and mud room, really dress things up a bit. Spoke with customer service for both orders and they were were extremely nice and helpful. I will certainly shop at Rug Studio again for my next rug purchase.”
