“Very good. Easy to use”

“My first experience with RugStudio was exemplary. Doing a Google search, I found my Karastan rug pattern on the RugStudio site. There was a first purchase promotion coupon, as well as a free rug pad offer with purchase. How wonderful is that? It was extremely easy to navigate the site, apply the promotion coupon, and pay for the rug. A credit card confirmation was sent within minutes to my email account. I had a question which I left on the company voicemail, as my purchase was after hours. First thing the next morning, I received a phone call from RugStudio. This is how customer service is supposed to be. I read on the website that the company has been in business since 1930, and I understand how that came to be, as their philosophy of customer service, fair pricing, and generous promotions made this purchase the easiest decision I have made in a long time. “In the end, it turned out well but it was confusing. I initially received an email that said that the rug I order would be on back order until the middle of March, I was upset due to the fact that when choosing dimension options the 5x7 would be available in the next 3-5 days. After a couple days I received another email saying that it would be shipped by next week. So, I do not know what wires crossed for the events to occur.”

Hi Isabella, yes, back orders can be confusing for sure! That's why we include in that email the line that reads "Please note, back ordered items often ship out much sooner than anticipated." You got lucky and yours shipped the next day- that's our dream scenario and it happens all the time. Glad it all worked out well. Hope to see you back soon :)
