“Excellent. While trying to find that perfect area rug I found myself on the RugStudio web site. This was a high end item and I was IN LOVE with it but needed to be mindful of my spending. I could not find the size I needed in a brick and mortar store. I contacted customer support via the live chat and was supported by Karla who helped me understand my options. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.”
