“Great customer service! I ordered a Karastan rug and somehow it wasn't delivered. I called customer service and they reordered it for me quickly and it arrived just a few days later. “5 Stars are not enough to illustrate the level of exemplary service provided by Karly! She was nice, professional and fully accomodating giving me her time and attention, as I had a few detailed specific quetions and requests in order to place the order. It was also the most I'd spent on a rug in my lifetime, and Karly understood and made it possible and a pleasure.
