“Exceptional. There was a delay, I was getting frustrated, but your staff was extremely responsive, quick to respond (even on Saturday and Sunday!), and I would definitely buy any future rugs at Studio given your exception customer service.”

“Service was very good. I ordered two identical rugs and they arrived together even tho they were shipped from different places. Color was slightly different between the 2. I assume different dye lots. But since they are not being used side-by-side, not a big issue.”
