“Very annoyed. Booked a two night stay for my parents Golden Wedding Anniversary and unfortunately my Dad was rushed into hospital today (18/9) (the day they are meant to go). The staff was not willing to help move or try and rearrange another time for them and my Mum was willing to pay a little extra to move it but they said No unfortunately they lose it all. What is more is the first email I received from them was saying sorry you cant make it. I never received a booking confirmation or anything. But they took my money. It was only because I managed to work out that I could sign in on their website and I found a booking reference. Very very disappointed 😞 My parents were really looking forward to it too. Not sure anyone will care about my review but I'd like to think it will make someone think. I just feel that they could have done something but all they are bothered about is making money. So really they got money for nothing. Really sad. Girl hoping her dad is ok..”
