I ordered some pedals forgetting to use the price match. Contacted Rutland Cycling and a lovely lady called Rebecca instantly replied to refund me the difference and was really helpful, professional & understanding. Highly recommended company and Rebecca is a credit to you! I'll definitely shop with you again thanks šŸ’«

First class experience from beginning to end. Bought a lovely e-bike, the guy (Joe) discounted the pedals even though the bike was in the sale. The end to end user journey was fabulous, I was kept updated at all times by Millie. I also had a small issue with a warped rotor and Rebecca agreed to reimburse without all the hassle you get from 'other' online retailers. Delighted and impressed

While there was an initial problem with my order, Millie and Anna were fantastic in helping me get a refund and solving all the issues. Amazing customer service and would shop with Rutland again as a result

I ordered a Garmin Edge 130 plus bundle. When it arrived the heart monitor was missing. I rang customer services and spoke to Millie. She was very helpful and said she would look into what had happened. She subsequently ordered a new heart monitor from Garmin and this arrived a few days later. Very good service.

I had an initial quality issue with a tyre which had a fault only showing after fitting. Obviously this was beyond Rutlandā€™s control and after a couple of back and forth emails a solution was offered. Michelle, a very efficient and pleasant lady assisted me and kindly arranged for a new tyre to be sent out on a fast next day delivery service. I was extremely pleased with both Rutlandā€™s speed of response to emails and the final outcome.

Items were damaged in transit, not their fault, but Rebecca made sure the issue was quickly resolved in a sensible manner. Very happy with their pragmatic and flexible approach.

I have had a manufacturing issue with a Schwarbe Marathon tyre supplied by Rutland Cycling. As soo as they received my email and photo they arranged to order a replacement with a 24 hour delivery window. This is truly exceptional service-I would have no issue in recommending Rutland Cycling for your cycling needs.

I ordered some Cycling shoes that turned out to be a bit tight in the toe area. Rutland's return process was really slick and the refund was very prompt. My subsequent exchange of emails with Rebecca were friendly, open and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Rutland again, in fact I've saved their website to my favourites for quick access. Nice one.

First time using Rutland and not a good experience.Ordered 6 x CO2 road bike cartridges which it said was in stock ,3 arrive as part order, had a look online still in stockšŸ˜‚ contact Rutland sorry donā€™t know whatā€™s happened I will send you the remaining order,fantastic came next day delivery I was going on cycling hol,opened box and wrong order sent šŸ˜‚ contacted Rutland and was offered a replacement or refund for wrong item. Sent email for a refund which was picked up by Rebecca who kept sending emails asking questions because she could not be bothered to read the attached emails until I told her it was getting silly and read the previous email .Poor experience and at time of review 7 days later NO REFUND .

Superb service from Rutland cycles from placing my order to delivery, many thanks to Millie for sorting a weekend delivery and thanks to the very helpful driver who delivered the bike to my door . Top notch service which you donā€™t see enough of these days I would definitely use Rutland cycles again.

I was disappointed to find out that there was no mention that some of my order was out of stock when I placed the order, but Millie and Anna where very helpful in chasing the order up and sorting it out. Thank you Millie and Anna.

Had a small issue on delivery with a lube oil bottle with a broken cap. Anna at Rutland sent a replacement by return express delivery. Super service. Thanks.
