Poor experience. I was one of two customers in the store. We both got ignored by the many staff who were all busy doing stuff but not looking after customers. I wandered around looking for the specific bike I wanted to look at ( and potentially buy) but got frustrated and left after 15 mins. I'll probably now buy online where I have zero expectations of customer care. Shame.

Sold and took payment for a helmet, pedals and multi tool. All said were in stock and dispatched within two days. One week later nothing. Emailed and said only the helmet was in stock. They said they would post the helmet 24hr. Three days later it still hasn’t been dispatched. The only reason this company gets 2 stars is that they refunded me very quickly.
