“I brought a Mitre gauge from this company and it didn't fit. I sent an email and received a very negative response from a Mr Alton basically saying it was my fault. I sent the item back within the warranty - distance selling - period for a refund and they did NOT refund the original postage. I sent him an email outlining the Law on this matter and - amazingly - I received the original postage back! I would like to bring this matter to the fore for everyone who returns anything back within the warranty period that they MUST return the original postage back to you. If they do this a few times to unsuspecting people, then it does not take much to work out that their profiteering is at our expense. I will not buy from this company again.”
