“I have to say I was pleasantly surprised on a a flight from Dublin to Gran canaria. It qas one of the warmest staff I ever seen Obviously like their job and are very good at it. Fr94 Particularly wonderful was Alicja Kumlewska. She went over and beyond The best stewardess so very friendly accommodating and the whole staff were great on a hectic day July 19th. Actually the flight was great all around.. Definitely keep her she's terrific.”

“Speedy security clearance, well worth the extra payment, as no waiting in long queue, just showed your passport then walked straight to where u put your belonging in tray to get X-rayed. Excellent would purchase again for future flights.”

“Good response when I finally got through to customer care ...who were very helpful the only negative was flying from Barcelona to Dublin yest we had to wait for stairs. Not good enough for tourists coming into Ireland onward travelling. And I flew Stansted to Santiago de Compostella a few weeks ago and the same experience we had to wait on board while another flight disembarked very unfair”
