“Delivery took a while. But was kept informed. Jacket is lovely. Generous, warm and well made. The hoody feels lovely but is very tight around the bottom hem and is a struggle to get on, very uncomfortable for riding in which is a shame as is really warm.”

“I would never order again from Rydale because of the returns policy. I had to pay £2.99 to return an item that didn't fit. Another inconvenience was that I had to print off my own returns label (I didn't have a printer) then take it to a post office. By comparison Next (for instance) allows you to book a return on their website then a courier collects it the next day. Equally easy with other retailers.”

“I buy Rydale clothing because the items I have are really well made using top quality fabric at an affordable price. The other thing is that even though they are clothes for country wear, they are still very up to date styles and fashionable so you can wear them anytime not just doing the horses or walking the dogs.”

“The product arrived in a short space of time and fits well, which was good. I am not sure how long the item will last though as some of the stitching is not well finished off, which is disappionting for a British made product and why I am only giving this 3 stars at the moment”

“Really pleased with these deck shoes - great price but no compromise on quality! They've very comfortable - not every's preferred choice of colour but exactly what I was looking for! Delivery was when promised. Have recommended Rydale and these shoes already.”

“The quality of the Men's Pyjamas I ordered is fantastic,they're lovely. However the sizing is so off. I ordered a medium. The trousers were more like a Large and the top like a Small! So disappointed as they're lovely”
