“I have four rydale tweed waistcoats already,but none green. Delighted with the sage green one this purchase,worn during a visit to the Yorkshire sculpture Park, kept out .the wind and looked very smart too. Fits well in my size 14.”

“Ladies' shooting trousers, size 14, olive. Fast delivery, well protected. I bought these trousers for winter dog walking. They are warm, soft and SO lovely and comfortable to wear that I also wear them in my draughty office! They are smart, very well finished and completely windproof. Not sure yet of how waterproof as not yet worn in the rain, but I thoroughly recommend them for comfort. I find that most Rydale products are slightly oversized so bought a size smaller and they're perfect.”

“This is a lovely blouse, but having purchased the large square one earlier this year, ordered the same size, but the blouse is more of a classic fit and not fitted, therefore was too big. Rydale sorted it out very quickly though and I'm happy with my replacement. Postage, not expensive and delivery very quick. Communication - Rydale sorted out a replacement for my returned blouse and refunded my money quickly for the first blouse. All in all, very good service,”

“This was a gift for my elderly Mum who cant easily put on a jumper so this waistcoat is ideal for keeping her warm. She liked it. The collar is not too high and annoying and the fabric is cosy. Coming into the winter its a very useful wardrobe item.”

“It’s lovely quality but, xs is too small for my Maltese & xs/s is too big and baggy at the rear end & covers his winky & allows his tail to go under the jacket as he’s walking, which he hates & stops walking until I pull it out so I will need to alter it myself”

“Waited a very long time to get my order even after paying for express delivery and on the phone to them at least 3 times. Happy with jacket but wouldn't shop again with company as stated delivery was horrendous. Nothing to do with courier service, Rydale hadn't sent out jacket.”

“Quality service control need to address issues. In my opinion, the boots had probably already been returned to Rydale by a previous customer. The condition was dreadful, marks in the leather, tassel broken and loose in the box, the protective wrapping paper was ripped where they had obviously not been re-packaged carefully. And lastly, the box had very strange stains on the inside! When questioned, customer services stated that all boxes were checked before despatch although quickly agreed upon receipt of photos I sent. Took delivery late pm on the 15th Oct, returned via royal mail on the 16th Oct, receipt acknowledged by Rydale on the 22nd Oct.....Still awaiting refund.”
