“Very nice fleece, arrived quickly despite covid woes. It is well made and the fit is just right for me this time. I previously ordered a different style fleece that felt too tight, despite using the helpful size guide. I was impressed by Rydale's returns service: no quibble and prompt refund.”

“Ordered a pair of size 4 shoes what arrived was a mismatched pair, one being a 3 and the other a 4. I emailed messaged on Instagram (more than once) and Tweeted Rydale asking if they would refund me the return charge as it was an error at there end that I was returning them and also the delivery charge so I could order them again and to date have still had no reply from them. I have had to pay to return them and will not be ordering another pair of shoes or anything else from them again and would advise others not to order from them as well. They have got some serious customer service issues!”
