“I absolutely love Rydale clothing. Having been a massive fan of the first gembling jacket in olive and purchasing 2 I could not wait for it to come back in stock again in olive, even though slightly different lining and pink instead of purple in th check detail it is still my favourite coat ever! Perfect for autumn/winter days out with the dogs, horses and children. The lisset jacket is also a new favourite for Cooler less rainy days!”

“The quality of the product is great but the customer service isn’t the best I emailed them asking about returning a product (as it was sent without a receipt or return form) if it was two big and that it was a birthday present and they never replied with an answer. So that was 150 pound wasted as the product is far to big and it has been more than 29 days now”

“my order was 2 for £20 when i received 1 was the wrong size i had to send both items back it would been a lot more simple to exchange the 1 which was the wrong size for the write one instead i had to reorder the items and claim a refund”

“Absolutely love these boots. They good ,really comfortable and great value compared to other brands of a similar look. They are not bad in the wet but of course they are not water proof nore do they advertise such. Plenty good enough on a damp day highly recommend these boots.”

“Sizings all over the place. I purchased a Cawood jacket which was supposed to be 44 chest. It was nearer 50 chest so I had to pay for the returns. I requested an actual chest measurement for a medium and large so that I could re order with confidence but was told they were too busy to do that, therefore they have lost an order. Not good customer relations that's for sure.”

“I was at Burghley HT and saw the tweed cape on their stand, but forgot to purchase it before I left. Called Rydale and spoke to a lovely lady who said that they were due some more in stock as out of stock at present. Two weeks later went on line, ordered what I wanted (spoilt for choice of colour) ordered and delivered in a day or so.”
