“This was a present for my lovely ma in law, I hope she likes it as much as I do...very pretty colours, beautifully soft fleece and very well made. It arrived very speedily and nicely packaged. So pleased with this.”

“Ordered the boots in ‘my size’ and due to high instep, one of them did not fit. I sent the order straight back, ordered another pair, and they arrived promptly in no time at all. Refund took about 5 working days so all prompt and good. I would recommend them to others, and now they will be somewhere I will check for other items I use/ need/ want prior to my usual stockists.”

“Excellent delivery time, and price however these boots are too tight around the calf, I’m a uk size 12 and Despite buying a size up from my usual shoe size they were still far too tight on the calf. God forbid anyone Who's over a size 12 attempts to buy them. They’re really quite uncomfortable.”

“These shoes arrived with yellow stains in 2 separate parts of the shoe. I emailed instantly with photos asking to be refunded and heard nothing from Rydale. These are not wearable in this condition.”
