“Excellent service and delivery as scheduled. Garment was of a high quality and well priced accordingly. Unfortunately I had to return the item but the process was very simple to do and the refund was made shortly after.”

“Customer service--good Prices--fantastic Quality so good. The shirt pockets line up perfectly and quality as good as the best. My only problem is that t-shirt XL is different from sweat shirt XL and shirt XL.”

“bought 2 Polo shirts was happy with one but the other one the stitching on the number had been missed, also I bought a pair of Rydale boots and the lining has come away. Usually I would not complain but I emailed Rydale and did not get any reponse.”

“I found the price to be really generous and delivery was extremely quick eleven in normal circumstances (2 days after I ordered it). I did have to return one item due to my own fault and that was quite easy and my refund followed soon after.”

“The delivery date passed with no parcel . I had an email to say parcel tracking was not accurate as parcels may not be scanned at each stage so not unduly worried. One week later I rang customer services who said the parcel had been lost in transit and resent it. If I hadn’t phoned I would still be waiting. Still waiting for the parcel to arrive though”

“I bought these two jumpers for my son, they were exactly as described and he was over the moon. Reasonably priced, delivery was slow as I had paid for faster delivery (1-2days) and it was a bit longer than that. Apart from that we are delighted with our purchase.”
