Should be no stars. Ordered the same pair twice. Each time the wrong size was in the box. The returns process is outdated and I had to physically take the boxes to the post office. Not worth the trouble they caused.

I ordered a hat, the size of the hat was smaller than what the website stated in its size guide. I went through the returns process, and was almost angry to discover that I had to pay £3 postage to return it (on top of the delivery postage). Not happy at all with this

Good fast delivery service but sizing of mens' moleskin trousers purchased was way out. Have previously bought size 34" at shows but these were huge. Returns service too expensive and too much hassle so gave them to my son-in-law. Disappointed and still trouserless!

I would never order again from Rydale because of the returns policy. I had to pay £2.99 to return an item that didn't fit. Another inconvenience was that I had to print off my own returns label (I didn't have a printer) then take it to a post office. By comparison Next (for instance) allows you to book a return on their website then a courier collects it the next day. Equally easy with other retailers.

Customer services are very abrupt and unhelpful
The company sent incorrect size but denied it was their mistake And told me I would have to pay for the returns even though my account doesn’t state the size ordered
I bought item as a gift which arrived in a box scuffed and battered
I was a regular customer but will never use again due to very poor customer service

Ordered two pairs of men’s Wellington boots. Never seen such a strange shape boot! The calves are massive so much so they were very hard to walk in. Customer service advised to return the boots for refund but did not advise me that they would not refund the £13 postage. The picture does not show how massively big the calves are!!! There are lots of footwear companies that don’t charge for returns best to shop with them.

Sizings all over the place. I purchased a Cawood jacket which was supposed to be 44 chest. It was nearer 50 chest so I had to pay for the returns.
I requested an actual chest measurement for a medium and large so that I could re order with confidence but was told they were too busy to do that, therefore they have lost an order.
Not good customer relations that's for sure.
