“Ordered 3 hoodies/sweatshirts and 2 polo shirts. Polo shirts are very small fit & had an embroidery error on motif 'Pydale' Returned item 48 hrs & 6 days later I have had no notification of a refund.”

“I ordered a rain coat and wellies for my Grandsons birthday, they came on time, and he loved them. He had to try them on. He loved them and would not take them off. I was very pleased with the quality and the price.”

“Love these boots. I usually struggle to get a uk ladies size 9. Not only are they in my size but I love the duck design. They arrived quickly and I’ve already used them to splash in the puddles with the children I work with.”

“I needed a lightweight waterproof with a little style. Rydale's fitted the bill perfectly. Very lightweight, very stylish, functional, and great fit. Delivery was very speedy. The price - excellent, it was reduced. Gives me confidence in Rydale, l will use them again.”

“If you could give 0 stars then I would! I ordered two items of clothing for Father’s Day on the 12th of June, on the 16th of June I had an email to say my items were delayed and would be with me for the 18th and then on the 18th I had an email to say that they had not even been shipped. But my money had still come out of my account! Complete waste of time and I had to go and buy something else for Father’s Day.”

“I ordered country boots for my daughter during Covid-19 lockdown. They arrived within two days, which made my daughter very happy. Considering the situation, I would say Rydale's service is impeccable, especially when I compare it to other merchants whose goods I had to await for two weeks!”
