“While the quality of the shoes are good, the service was very poor. Having paid for next day delivery it took more than a week to arrive and the packaging was very battered and the box taped together and had been seriously bashed.”

“Website easy to navigate. Price very reasonable as quality is very good. My husband buys these shirts about twice a year. Some he uses as dress shirts other as work. He is a farmer and these shirts are put through a great deal but they wash well and still look and feel great.”

“We live rydale clothes and I bought a rydale shirt for my husband. He has several and they are hard wearing and easy washing. So a rydale shirt for a gift was the obvious choice. Very pleased and good fit.”

“My first order of a Panama hat unfortunately had not been packed correctly & arrived with the crown squashed. Phoned Ryedale & a very pleasant lady said it would be replaced immediately (no requirement to return it) & sent express delivery. The second hat is great, just what I wanted! Wonderful customer service & value for money!”
