“I love that fact that you've asked me to rate a product that still hasn't arrived. Over two weeks after I expected it to arrive. Think I might need a refund!!”

“Really very good quality jacket at a very reasonable price. Fully waterproof, it handled a real downpour whilst I was watching a rugby match on Sunday (rained hard for the full match) with no problems. It is really quite warm too, maybe not depths of Winter warm but certainly good enough for a chilly Autumn morning/evening, the fact that it's also windproof probably helps with that. I have had jackets that cost 3 or 4 times this that have not been as good quality or done their job as well as this does. Delivery was quick too. Can't fault the product or the service.”

“Lovely dog coats but ignore the breed info if you have a border terrier! We originally purchased the 12 inch as suggested for the breed & this didn’t fit him across the chest or tummy (& he is a breed standard size) Returned & went for the next size up which is a little long but fits everywhere else! Refund was quick & hassle free & we’re really pleased with the final products.”

“Shocking customer service. My order wasn't delivered within an appropriate time because they use an incompetent courier. Really slow at replying to messages/emails and a really unhelpful woman on the phone. I won't be shopping with Rydale again.”
