“Have been a consistently impressed customer of Sable International for over 10 years, and the service I received this past week from FX Broker, Juliette Kuttel was nothing short of exceptional. I faced multiple obstacles with my Banks in trying to transfer funds involving three countries - at all times, Juliette was (incredibly) patient, professional, friendly and above all, solutions focused to ensure my transfer was successfully completed (and at a great rate). Communication was fast, open, via email and numerous phone calls from Juliette. Cannot speak more highly of Juliette (& Sable) and will definitely be returning for future financial needs. Thank you Juliette, you're an absolute star !”

“I have to be honest before I landed with Sable from a sister company referral I was very skeptical about the whole money transfer thing outside of a traditional bank. When I learned that you can control when you transfer the money overseas based on an exchange rate that I am comfortable with not the bank AND that the rate that you see includes Sable’s transfer fee I was sold. Honestly what sold me more was talking with Sebastian Steyn. Amazing customer service and great positive guy you WANT to talk with. He explained everything to me, made me feel extremely comfortable with my funds being deposited with Sable and helped walk me through the steps to get an established account. I am in the US and they are in the UK. He even took my calls after hours because of the time difference to help me make a test transfer and then the final push of funds to my US bank account. Sebastian was brilliant and lovely to work with. Can’t say enough good things about him and the process. I highly recommend Sable and Sebastian Steyn.”

Also trying to escalate this issue to her senior, but Tim also never available to help me as a customer. Sable International excuse to me is always the same- Sanlam is a BIG fish in a pond and Sable is a small fish, please sharpen your pencils and get me the service that I'm paying for.
