“slow delivery of a response. A response that covers only the least likely part of the nationality question. When asked about it, I receive the same result, again without addressing the main claim to possible nationality. all in all, it was a pointless exercise because they did not read the question. they picked out one point and fixated on it. Would not reccomment, especially since my question was answered with a paid (not cheap either) suggestion.”

It appears you are unhappy with the result or answer you got from our Free Status Trace service we offer. We have reviewed all the correspondence between yourself and Sable International, and the detail in your review is not entirely accurate. We have taken all the details into consideration when reviewing your family tree, and unfortunately the sad fact is that you and your children are not currently British. For complex cases, where there is no clear route, we do charge a fee if you'd like us to conduct further research, but we are always honest about the likelihood of this research turning up a route and, in your case, the prospect was "unlikely". If you would like one of the consultants to call you and re-explain why, please do get in touch. We would love to be able to give you a different answer, and we would love for you to not go away unhappy, but we are unable to change the facts of the case.

“Me and my partner began the journey of emigration to Australia from the UK at the height of the pandemic. I am a British citizen and she is Australian. During the best of times it is a task securing a partner visa, let alone during a pandemic. None of this fazed Jamie-Lee, our consultant, who stuck at it, worked us through multiple attempts and curve balls to eventually succeed in securing our dream. We can not thank her and the team behind her enough for the work they did over a 12-18 month period.”

“The Sable team were unable to clearly explain in one simple communication the process of setting up and executing a foreign currency exchange and transfer. It took 8 days to get to the point where it was clear. After every communication Sable requested a written confirmation which really slowed down every step. And because of this requirement (which was not explained at the outset) being on different time zones can effect transaction execution times significantly. It felt like Sable were delaying the transaction to extend the time the money was held in their account. If you choose to use this company and have limited financial knowledge about how foreign currency exchange works, make sure to get a clear written example of a trade that includes how Sable apply their fee (which is on top of the requested exchange rate). And how many written confirmations are needed, after setting up the details on the Sable website and providing written instructions by email. Bottom line is ... not everyone is an expert in foreign exchange ... and Sable need to appreciate when they are not dealing with a financial institution or regular customer with years of experience.”

“I find it impossible to get help from your organization after paying over 2000 pounds to move forward I went to the seminar in Durban this week to be told I needed a special appointment on Saturday and I would be contacted with the details Well Saturday is here and I am still waiting Phone calls and emails have been ignored While waiting to discuss there were others who told me of the years they have been dealing with Sable International and little progress has been made”

“I havr been using u for years with no problem for visas as well. On Friday for some reason I had to start from scratch. I went to the chat line and the girl was quote rude even cutting me off with saying I have a call coming through. I loged out and re loged in and all was fine. I did not expect this from Sable”
