“As a Capetonian, I have worked in Africa, the Middle East, the EU and the UK and have plenty of background experience in the matter of transferring funds. I discovered 1st Contact seven years ago and I've stuck with them. Their Customer Service is second to none. I won't mention names, but when I was recently let down at the last minute by a well-known London shipping company, it was the care and expertise of the Kenilworth, CT, branch going beyond the call of duty on my behalf, who put me in contact with another and snatched me from the jaws of disaster! I am happy to make all my transfers with 1st Contact, they offer an excellent service.”
