I have always found the forex transfer process with Sable to be highly professional -- Sable personnel are consistently helpful and supportive and very pleasant in all dealings I have conducted with Sable. I have great confidence in Sable which equals peace of mind !

I supposedly will not leave any comment regarding my experience because I'm almost done with them but I am now very upset. They are the third party for sponsor processing with my current company and have been working with them for almost 6 months now for my sponsorship. Initially, I will not receive my certificate of sponsorship if I haven't chased them a few days prior to my start in my current company. Second, I will not be scheduled for my visa appearance in UKVCAS if I haven't chased it again. Third, it is understandable because of the current crisis and volume of applications - I can't escalate my case, they can't do anything with this either. Lastly, on the last part, for the delivery of my BRP, I asked them days prior if they can deliver it on my day off since it needed to be signed but they blame me for miscommunication as they posted it on that specific date I requested so I will receive the following day. I tried to contact them via calls and emails but they just responded almost 9 hours after (which they usually do) bringing back the blame to me and the responses that I received are full of exclamation marks and made me feel dumb. I did a lot of chasing and follow-up with this company - I suggest that you should be more approachable and understanding.

Unfortunately, delays are currently the state of affairs with this kind of application. We apologise that your experience with us was not up to our usual standards. Looking through the records, there was some misunderstanding around required dates for delivery. We have asked our advisers to always get clear information on required delivery dates in future.

The customer service of this online company by far outstrips ANY other one I have dealt with. The follow-up in absolutely any query or concern is efficient and takes priority for them. A direct phone call, email or sms is so so prompt and never too much for them. Go with these guys! True professionals, so lovely to talk to, and they're incredibly patient and understanding. You feel like you're their number one customer, and they fully understand the importance of keeping their customers happy. Keep up the great, honest, people friendly approach. One more thing...the BEST rates with the lowest fee.

I have been using Sable forex services for close on 15 after immigrating to New Zealand. Anything from transfers for mortgage payments, gift money to financial assistance to family. Never missed a beat in all of this time of making monthly payments. Excellent services and fantastic rates. Easy to ise customer portal.

EXELLENT speedy customer support - over chat and email. Perfect service for forex payments from GBP (UK Bank account) to South African Rand (SA bank accounts). Ten transfers and counting... free transfers on your birthday and every fourth or fifth transfer free too. Fantastic people to deal with.

I've been a cistomer for many years, things have always gone well, and this time was no different: an excellent rate - just over a whole 4 Australian cents per £ Sterling better than offered by my bank - and extremely helpful staff that made the whole process easy and stress-free. Also, there was no associated flat-fee charge (my bank had wanted £25), and unlike the bank there was no suggestion that unspecified intermediaries might impose additional charges. so good news all round.

I have been using Sable for five years without a hitch until recently, due to my own stupidity, I messed up with my bank resulting in my card getting blocked. Gemma from Sable held my hand through the whole nerve wracking process, even inviting me into the offices to use the phones there and advising me through the process. Thankfully it all got sorted out. I love having Sable at my back. Thank you!

I have been a customer since about 2015, and have used Sable to transfer Sterling to ZA Rands many times. Their service is reliable, very quick, and the rates are always very favourable. It is always easy to speak to someone when you need help, and they are friendly, professional and helpful - Excellent, trustworthy service. And MUCH cheaper than using the high street banks!
