“I used sable because of previous excellent service from 1st Contact. Chris is courteous, efficient, timeous, thoughtful. Most unusual in a financial service these days. He has been super helpful and delivers on everything he says he will. He has guided us through a fairly complex forex transaction because of the opaque banking system on the other end. I highly recommend him. Ironically I could not get even a return call from our local Australian office despite trying twice to speak with the forex person who was always going to call me back”

Hi Dudley, We’re so sorry for causing you inconvenience. Unfortunately our automated email system suffered a glitch on Friday. While emails were delayed, payments were not and your funds would have reflected a few hours after payment was processed. Our notification system is now repaired and you shouldn’t have further issues with confirmation emails.

“Hi Sable. My first transfer in more than two plus years and it was straight forward and simple making it stress free. Initial problems with the bank were managed with advice from Sable, (thank you Andre) and finally the UK bank came to the party with the transfer successfully made with a great rate. Thank you Sable (Andre) for holding the original transfer until the bank end was sorted. Even considering the time zone differences the whole transaction was very timely. There is far too much advertising of other products before clicking on the right address actually to log in. Apart from that the service is excellent and all personnel answering calls are quick, friendly and efficient.”
