“1stContact is reliable and very safe to transfer money from one country to another without any hustle. All you need to do it to create an email and a password to access it at any time. You have to provide the information where you would like the money to go to and your recipient, for a very small fee. If you sent by standard method, every 5th transaction is free.”

Their forex consultant in Melbourne is friendly, offering advise and delivers on promises. He never leaves me in the dark, constantly sending me media messages of how the transactions are progressing.”

“I am quite happy with 1st Contact. Their customer service is excellent, all my emails are responded to very quickly and the responses I get are informative. I am happy with the charge for transfers and it is great that when you do an EFT there is no charge!! Their platform is also very user friendly and the transfer of funds is quick! When I had a problem once on the platform (an Issue with my bank and not the platform) and I needed to urgently transfer funds, I called them and they did it on the phone for me. Amazing service !”

I called 1st Forex on Skype from South Africa and spoke to a woman who processed the transfer for me, obviating the necessity for the OTP process, and calling me back once she had confirmed that the transfer had been successfully completed. Hi, we've checked across departments and we can't find records of your name or email address on any of our contact lists so we're not sure how you could be receiving text messages from us. Perhaps you could provide a few more details about the contents of the text messages? We only send text messages to customers who specifically subscribe to them, mostly forex alerts or customers who have used one of our visa services.
