“Safe Rod kindly done a CCTV survey of the drainage system in the property we were about to buy in Fulham. We've found number of problems which helped us take the price down a lot. Many thanks for Justina for organizing such a wonderful engineer.”

“I thought the guys were very efficient at removing all our belongings from our flat and filling the removals van. However, when it came to taking our cupboard apart as it was too big to get through the door i wasnt impressed. It was a large ikea wardobe and they didnt seem to know what they were doing. I knew the hardboard had to be ripped out as the nails are hard to remove but in the process they chipped one of the pieces of our wardrobe which i wasnt very happy about. If they had taken more time and done it carefully instead of bashing and banging it could of been avoided. Also when they tried to put it togther in the new property again therr was a lot of bashing and banging cupboard parts together. I stopped them halfway through as was worried theyd cause more damage. Will have to put it together myself at some point now. I went with safe removals because I thought they would handle things with more care but i didnt get that extra service i was expecting.”

“Lucas and his team were prompt, polite, fast and proactive. The packing service was worth every penny. When I realised I'd accidentally left some important paperwork in the now-boxed-up-printer they made me feel as if it was no trouble to go through boxes and find it. I've asked for the same team to do the second run of my move, but I've used Safe before and all of their staff seem equally pleasant. Considering they were the cheapest quote of the 4 I arranged, and that included all the packing boxes & materials, I'm a very happy customer.”

“I cannot recommend Safe Removal enough the two removal men that were provided were excellent, they arrived on time, very polite, hardworking and very determined overall it was a pleasure to work with them. I could not recommend them and Safe Removals enough.”

“The service was perfect from the beginning. I had a quick and professional response from the first quote request. The move was very well organised and managed. They helped me with the packing and they collected all the boxes some days layer. Excellent.”

“Safe Removals just moved our family down to Bristol. They were fantastic and took the stress out of the day. We had a few tricky items to handle including a piano but the 3 man team on the day handled it safely and delicately. Would highly recommend them to anyof my friends and family.”

“My mother used them to pack and store her house whilst she had some renovation work done. Items were returned broken, some items were missing and she even received items which weren't hers! 8 weeks after delivery date we are still trying to find out how they are going to sort out the breakages and replace the lost items. They keep promising to provide us with their insurance details but no joy to date. We have written several times, but haven't had any replies either. Stay away - don't trust them.”

“First of all Patrick on the switchboard/ phone is fantastic!! He gives you a feeling of trust: he's honest, clear and very polite and helpful Mike also very nice !! The two young men: Conrad and Michael have been absolutely outstanding !! Brilliant; very professional, puctual, perfectionists and very nice personalities. Very polite, they've done a very good job Another thing every one is very agile, like I needed 2 extra hours today and got them very quickly; the same with tomorrow I have already recommended you, Patrick, Conrad and Michael are amazing and don't want to forget Mike on the phone also very nice Brilliant company jinkuba”

“Only when moving you realise how much stuff you really have… And we have a LOT of stuff. We were so impressed with the movers that we asked Patrick in the office could book and unpacking service for next day for a bit extra.”

“I contacted them due to the many positive reviews here and other re view sites online. They quickly moved boxes to the van and then proceeded to disassemble the beds and other furniture. In addition to knowing the costs up front, and being walked through everything by phone, the move itself was great. They also did good work organising stuff in my basement as a small extra favour at no additional cost. I would definitely use again and recommend.”
