“We used Safe Removals, on 2 occasions earlier this week and each time a team of 2 guys arrived on time and loaded our office furniture quickly and safely. They were friendly and efficient. Also booking was easy and straightforward. We would definitely recommend your company to others.”

“The guys came on time! They introduce them selves and explained what will be taking place. I have never seen two people work so hard and quick to remove a whole house. Safe removals was great to use anf I would highly reccomend them for anyone looking to move . Thanks Again Safe Removals :)”

“Safe Removals helped us to move house, and store all our bulky furniture while we were doing some renovation work, then moved the furniture to the house when all done. The team on both occasions were great and all our belongings arrived safe and sound after months in storage. The guys worked really hard while having a good time. Nothing was too much of a bother for them - even trekking furniture in through a muddy access path in our lumberyard of a garden. Highly recommended and will be using them again in the future.”

“I had a great experience with the team from Safe Removals. The team arrived on time and the vans were clean and ready for loading. The 3 guys who did our move, were very hard working, fast, friendly, professional and accommodated all requests. They did not take a moments' rest until both vans were loaded. They were so careful with the larger furniture and made sure all items were properly wrapped and protected. Having just fnished unpacking all boxes, I was very happy to discover that nothing was broken or damaged! I would definitely be using them again and would highly recommend Safe Removals”

“They were very co-operative, efficient and very friendly. They didn't complain and they moved our whole house in just one day. Boxes were labeled so we knew what came from where. I would fully recommend this service, it saves a lot of hassle at such a stressful time and they take great care to ensure nothing is damaged.”

“The removal team arrived on time, they were polite and efficient packing up our flat and didn't grumble once about the narrow staircase, two flights of stairs and front pathway! :-) We moved out to Oxfordshire and then team quickly unpacked into our new home. Although it was getting late, they were cheerful and helpful. The booking and payment process was easy and communication, great, i had to change dates and size of vans a couple of times and my requests were made and communicated back immediately. I would definately recommend.”

“We are a professional company with over 400 employees. We booked the removals to relocated our offices from one central London location to another. All went fine, until they smashed one of our televisions, whilst moving it. We purchased insurance to cover any damage costs and to this date they have ignored my emails and phone calls to proceed with our claim to replace the television. I received the claim form from Elizabeth at Safe Removals and after this they have ignored all correspondence and calls. This company cannot be trusted. I highly recommend you avoid at all costs. If they break something of your property you will lose out. DO NOT USE THEM!”

“I do not understand how this company has received such good reviews. I booked them for my move last Friday at 11:00am. On the Thursday afternoon I phoned to confirm the booking. The gentleman was very pleasant and reassured me that all was in order. At 11:20am on Friday when they had not arrived I called to enquire. I was told that they were not coming as the driving was ill. I asked them why they did not call to let me know this and their response was just 'sorry'. I was put in a terrible position as the sale of my property was going through that day. I was just lucky enough to find another removal company to come out and save the day. If you are looking for a reliable removal company, do NOT use Safe Removals.”
