“I booked Safe Removals for a house move from London to Lincolnshire (100 miles) The removal men were courteous and efficient and although there were some issues with fitting my belongings into the van, the company went the extra mile to make sure everything ran smoothly and I was accommodated very well. Communication needed a bit of attention, but all in all I would use this company again. The service is great value for money and I want to make a special mention for Patrick, Martin, Conrad and Christian, who were the team who looked after me. There were no breakages , damages or losses to my belongings and the team placed all my belongings into my new home precisely where the labels said they should go...EXCELLENT SERVICE. Would highly recommend. Very satisfied customer...L”

“I am short of words to praise both the staff members of your company. I can only describe them as : Excellent, polite, professional, hard working, outstanding, helpful, courteous and fast. I have moved around 12 times before within UK but this was the best and most relaxed move ever !!! Its all because of you, your staff members and professional attitude of your company. “The Best removals company in London.I used safe removals for moving our office last week.We found safe removals very proffessional,honest and friendly . The whole move went very smothly. “The service was generally very good and the removals men remained cheerful and careful with their packing. The only reason I did not give them a 5 star rating was the lack of detail on all the boxes to enable easy identification when unpacking. Some did give detailed information but others did not.”

“We have booked Safe Removals to do our move. We were so impressed with their customer service that we have booked packing service as well. We could not be happier. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We were worried that some items might get scratched since they were very fragile, but nothing was damaged at all! Will recommend Safe Removals to everybody.”

“WE had a complicated move - moving from a large 4 bedroom house, full of stuff. We also hadn't been very well organised before the move, so most of our house was as we usually live it, rather than well organised for the move. We wanted to move over a weekend. The guys from Safe Removals were superb - each day they arrived punctually, They were exceptionally well organised, but also very polite and friendly at all times, even when we made what might have seemed odd requests in terms of move order. They were also very respectful of both houses - removing shoes whenever possible before walking on carpets, even though they were carrying large items at some speed. They also worked very long to get the work done as requested and didn't complain at all when the amounts to be shifted were more than they expected. We had one exceptionally heavy item of furniture and a fish aquarium, which they managed very professionally. Everything was well wrapped and labelled and we are now unwrapping and unboxing all of our belongings. We chose Safe Removals carefully from other reviews. We got two tenders from reputable companies, which were almost exactly the same, and actually less than I had expected. They didn't quibble and honoured their original quote even though I suspect the volume of our stuff was more than they expected. I am therefore delighted to recommend them.”

“We have moved with safe removals for couple reasons. They have offered a no obligation survey to provide a fixed price where other companies offered a price without looking at our property at all. How you can provide a price without knowing what it is there in the first place. Anyway, we have received a reasonable (yet, not the cheapest) price from Mike. The good reviews that we have found on reviews.co.uk helped us make the desision. We are very happy with the services Safe Removals provided and will recommend them to friends.”

“We used Safe to move flats in south London and were really impressed with them. The guys that came on the day worked really hard, and VERY fast. We hadn't paid for packing services but they provided some blankets to cover pictures/frames and helped dismantle and reassemble a wardrobe that was too big to move as-is. Everything was packed and moved carefully and with no breakages, and being in our new gaff within a matter of hours...there are no complaints at all.”
