“Our move was particularly challenging because we had to do it in 2 parts. Added to that, our closing date on our home kept moving so I had to reschedule 2 or 3 times. The office has to be the most patient man on the planet! There was no cancellation fee or problems getting a new date. They worked tirelessly and handled every aspect of the move. We packed everything and they moved it. They came in and grabbed everything despite hurricane type conditions. They had boxes for this and ways to carry that. Very professional.”

“Once at my house, Safe Removals had moved all my furniture out within thirty minutes and had it all waiting in the hallway of my apartment building when I arrived with the keys. They took away all the stress usually associated with moving and replaced it with confidence that the day would go super smoothly. They are excellent guys to move with.”

“My hammer and my dustpan and brush have not arrived with everything else. Your crew complained constantly and over wrapped very cheap stuff. I wanted the bed in the upstairs bedroom not the downstairs but due to complaints by your guys did not really feel I could ask you to do that. Would not use again”

“We were very stressed before the date of our move, however when the Safe Removals crew has arrived on the day, we were amazed with their speed, professionalism and care. We didn't had to do absolutely anything except keeping a steady supply of coffee and biscuits for the crew. Very pleased with the actual move as well as with customer service. Highly recommended.”

“Excellent service. Very pleasant to deal with both with operations and removal crew on the day. The move was fairly complicated as we were moving from 3rd floor flat without lift, but the removal men have kept their steady pace and before we knew our stuff were loaded on the van. I do recommend Safe Removals.”

“I thought the service was excellent; the packing & the removal guys were very pleasant, extremely hard working & friendly. I had the packing service which was really a good move & well worth the money & on the removal day the guys had the task of also moving around 30 garden containers which is a big ask. Excellent service would not hesitate to recommend.”

“Excellent service from the team; very competitive rates for moving and storage. I had a very complicated move - receiving items from storage, lots of furniture assembly and rearrangement and sending more items back to storage. The team was efficient and thorough and polite. All the furniture was reassembled very well (couldn't even tell it had been in storage!) and the team adjusted to various challenges with a very positive and can-do attitude (even lifting a bed base over a 1st floor balcony when they couldn't get it through the door!). This is the second time I've used Safe Removals and would definitely use them again.”

“My experience with Safe Removals is very old. When I am planning to relocate some of my office machinery I always call Safe Removals there are many reasons why I am always calling to Safe Removals. 1. Safe Removals have the larger networks and the team is very professional and hardworking. 2. The Safe Removals team is very user friendly and they know all the locations of London very well and most the task to be completed before the time. 3. My contract with Safe Removals team is permanent and I didn’t find any issue to charge the extra rate. They charge me very cheapest rate and provide quality services at all. 4. Every time when I call to Safe Removals they gave me prompt reply about my problems and provide me best solutions to transfer my expensive machinery. 5. Next week I want to relocate my large sofas I am very pleased they move my sofas within one hour. Thanks to Safe Removals to provide me best services every time. I personally recommend by hiring Safe Removals without any hesitations.”

“I have used Safe Removals for a couple of moves each for business and private and have found them the high notch. They gave me a wonderful client service and are systematically accommodating and communicate well. The fellows were well organized too. I appreciate having them as a reliable moving firm in the city. We left early in the morning and I found that Safe Removal team was present here and start work immediately and gave me time to complete the operations within time limits and I am surprised actual time is very short and very quickly in an efficient manner. From the beginning, they gave the nice recommendation regarding all aspects of the move and I am thinking that the team is very well balanced, well trained, professionals and user-friendly. Safe Removal way of working is environmentally safe and sound by following the health & safety regulations. “Matt 15/04/2015 A big thank you to the guys who moved us last week from Safe Removals. They were on time, friendly, quick and careful and the move went very well as a result. They managed to get everything into the truck in one go when we thought we might have to make 2 trips which was great. I'm so glad we chose this company rather than other more expensive ones, I don't think there would be anything else they could have done.”

“The office answered all of our questions promptly and treated our move like it was important to them (unlike other moving companies that treated us like a number). What had taken us a week to pack was loaded in about an hour. We left early in the morning to complete our move in good time. The driver and removal team kindly waited as we went in and signed our lease. We felt safe trusting all of our belonging to them during the drive, and we appreciated their flexibility with everything. Nothing was broken, or even dented.”
