“From the time the salesman arrived, followed by the surveyor , scaffolding and finally the fitters to the completed job of fitting our Cheltenham front door and 4 other windows - we are more than happy with Safestyle UK. The standard and quality of the windows and fittings are superior to anything else we had looked at. Our front door and frame with the oak finished colour with lead and bevel design glasswork looks amazing. Everyone took their time ensuring nothing was left to chance ensuring the high quality finish and value for money was not in question. Our fitters A & S we’re friendly and efficient and couldn’t be more helpful. They had their dust sheets in place and got on with the job methodically, ensuring we were happy with all aspects as they worked towards completion and our total satisfaction. We would say their customer service and satisfaction was top of their list. We are so happy with the work standard and value for money, we will Definitely return to Safestyle Ltd to complete the rest of the house of 7 more windows. Outstanding is the only word to describe our satisfaction.”

“The guys who fitted 9 Windows,2 doors was fantastic.was told it would take 1 day and a half,they managed it all in a day. Good communication throughout with ease. Would highly recommend this company”

“Just had all windows and doors replaced by safe style uk ..easy to arrange salesmen and surveyor on time with appointments and very helpful..the two teams of two that did installation in a day did superb job looked great inside and out and went beyond replacing all lead work around new skylight had done. In five days since installation really noticed house a lot warmer and quieter from outside noise...great great job would recommend to anyone.”

“Salesman was not very well prepared but surveyor and fitter were excellent. Fitter was polite and efficient and did 3xtras like removing bell without query. Overall a great experience.”

“Safe style came and surveyed at a time that suited us, booked in an installation date, the fitters arrived bang on time were very friendly, covered all the carpets upstairs to minimise an mess done a fantastic job over all and have us the run down with the window latches and locks. Looks fantastic really brighten up the home.”

“We really love our new door. The customer service team were polite & friendly as was the sales representative. We were told it could take up to 3 weeks for door to be ready after the surveyor had been, but we had a phone call a week later to make an appointment to fit the door as it was ready. The door fitter took less than 2 hrs to fit the door, he was polite & professional & cleared up after. We would definitely recommend Safestyle UK.”

“Last week we had the old draughty door on our Chapel replaced with a smart new composite chartwell green door and frosted side panels. We're really pleased with the result... From meeting young Alex who came to help us choose the door through to Dave who came to fit it, the service has been fantastic. It was not an easy job at all but Dave was incredibly capable and even though it meant a trip to the builders yard unexpectedly he got the job done. We would definitely use them again. Thanks all at safestyle.”

“Amazed that I asked for a quote, was phoned 5 mins later and had a sales executive round the very next day (could even have come later that day)! Really lovely sales exec, not pushy at all. Ordered straight away and had all windows fitted the next week. Fitters really professional and cleaned up after themselves. Really pleased with the work and service. Would definitely recommend!”

“The door is fine, came in very quick time which was appreciated. The staff that I dealt with all were friendly and helpful The only down side I have is that I ordered black accessories (so black handle, black post box, hinges etc.) However, the barrel lock only comes in silver or gold. I wasn't made aware of this when ordering the door and when it arrived was very disappointed to find this out, so disappointed in fact I had to go out and buy a black one from another supplier and have it fitted. If Safestyle had told me this when I was ordering the door I may have reconsidered my choices or gone with a company that supplied everything in black as I had wanted. So if you are ordering black accessories be aware that the inside door lock will not come in black, but silver which I find stands out and ruins the look of door. Safestyle may want to consider having black as an option so in future customers like myself don't have to go to another company to get this changed.”
