“Loved the windows. Installation was done by a great team; respectful and polite. They couldn’t have been more helpful. It would have been better if the salesperson had just been straight about the price, instead of taking hours pretending to phone the office for a better deal. Playing that game is so tedious and has put me off recommending the company to an elderly relative.”

“I am happy with my new bay window. It is a big improvement and the workmen were fast, putting up scaffolding one day and the window the following day. I found them very efficient.”

“Safestyle have really helped me out of a difficult situation! I needed a badly damaged door replaced and quickly. All of the companies I contacted, including Safestyle, stated long lead times for quote, survey, manufacture and fitting however when I explained the details of the situation to the team I was pleasantly surprised. Safestyle arranged for a face to face quote and survey within 48 hours of my call and the door was manufactured and fitted within 10 days (and there were two weekends within that time period :-0). On the day of fitting the fitter arrived on time and was professional throughout his time in my home. As stated in the pre-sent information the surrounding area was protected and the job completed to a high standard. I am extremely pleased with the outcome. This is the third time I've used Safestyle and continue to be impressed with their products as well as their timely, professional service. Thank you Safestyle for making a stressful situation so much easier to navigate!”

“one guy turned up within the time given, he was very polite. he laid dust sheets in the areas he was working and cleaned up when finished, we are satisfied with our new French doors and consider it to be a competitive price. this is the second time we have had safestyle and would recommend to family and friends.”

“Had a new door fitted yesterday.The fitters didn't arrive on time as they had another job before us that went wrong.At 3pm they made a start.My lounge carpet was covered in mud from boots.No dust sheet was used.When they had gone I realised silicone was all over my carpet.Luckily I managed to get it out.Have yet to find out if we have any problems with the door.Nothing like the exceptional service we had with Everest 3 years ago.So wish we hadn't used safestyle uk.”

“So we had ALL of our windows fitted on our house. One of the windows you have to slam shut as it obviously has been measured wrong and getting caught on the lip. I’ve woken up the next morning to to see grey stains all over the frames. Tried wiping it off as thought it may be muck. But it’s STAINED! All of my windows! Also the sealant is a mess on the brick work of my house on the outside. Yes I was happy it all got done in a day but my windows are atrocious! And we’ve paid £5000. We do have someone coming back out to have a look at the problem but not till a month and a half away!”

“Had my full house windows done and would highly recomend . The thought of new windows was a big grey area after only getting our house a few months ago . We thought the price would outrageous and to our shock the price was good for what we wanted which was 11 new windows! They fitted all 11 windows in 1 full day and the morning to a high standard From start to finish they were professional and poliet From the quote to leaving . Mike who give us a quote was down to earth and didnt feel pressured and explained everything to us . The window installers left my home clean and tidy and done an amazing job to a high standard . Customer service follow up calls have been really good as they havent got your money and left. They make sure everything is okay and your happy with them . My self and hushand are more then happy with our work and would recommend to anyone We have just asked for a quote on the doors know ( if it was bad we wouldnt be going back regardless of price ) so yes we would highly recommend to anyone who's thinking of using Safe style .”
