“We had a new door fitted and what a difference it looks stunning the whole experience from sales to fitting was excellent,brilliant fitter very polite cleaned up after work was done I would recommend this company anytime well done.”

“Asked salesman to leave after 5 minutes of aggressive sales he was insisting we both sign on the day etc. Spoken to friends who experienced similar sales techniques even found it difficult to get salesman out of house after a few hours. Not a professional company obviously”

“Wasn’t sure about using a big company to have our windows fitted as we thought we would get a better price Of an independent seller. But I can honestly say Safe Style where excellent from start to Finnish and with a very competitive price. We are more than happy with our new windows and would definitely recommend Safe style to anyone. Professional service from sales to installation... the lads who fitted the windows where very polite and clean up any mess. Thanks Safe Style”

“Fantastic service from start to finish, Really happy with our new front and back doors they look amazing at a great price too. From salesman, surveyor and fitter all very polite snd tidy, stuck to COVID rules and they’re time keeping was perfect. Thanks Safestyle would definitely use again.”

“Well to say I’m not impressed is an understatement.... Made an appointment, for today at 11-1130 and they can’t even keep that.... lol So they’ve lost the work, but I’m sure their that successful they won’t worry in the slightest..... S Horobin Lincolnshire”

“We originally opted for a upvc door but the site survey highlighted that we could not have one due to the current building regulations and the required walk through. Upgrading to a more expensive composite door was suggested as this would meet the required regulations. When the new composite door was fitted it had been made to the wrong size (upvc size) therefore its not to the current building regulations. They send a surveyor out again who confirmed this. Customer services eventually called to discuss the problem and tried to fob me off by saying they couldn't make it to the building regs. Strange how they send me a FENSA certificate self certifying that it is to regs. Tried to escalate the complaint but a week later and still waiting to hear back. Presume I will have to take this further to get resolution. Such a shame as the door is good quality and sensibly priced.”

“Safestyle was great. The guy who came to fit our door was really professional. Despite a really old door frame, he successfully fitted our door in a few hours, leaving us without the big drafts we’d had previously. He cleaned up the debris properly before leaving too. Customer service were also helpful in getting the measuring and fitting booked.”

“Due to a break in, we decided that we would replace the front door. We’d had the locks changed by the insurance but neither of us felt really secure. I called SafeStyle. The chap that came out was fantastic. He wasn’t pushy or forceful, just understanding and full of advice. We picked the door there and then. On the day of fitting, they started at 8 and were done by 11! One man on his own. So clean and efficient and fully compliant with COVID guidance. Lovely guy. All our neighbours love the new door. We feel so safe too and it’s made such a difference to the house. Next year we’ll probably have SafeStyle do the windows too. Whilst not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, the service and quality are fantastic. I even posted on Facebook, I have been so impressed and pleased from start to finish. Best 2k I’ve spent in years and worth every penny.”

“Our third time using Safestyle, someone was out to see us quickly to measure up and discuss what we wanted. The price was really good as the door is excellent quality. The very pleasant fitter put dust sheets down and also cleaned up afterwards and took the rubbish away with him. Excellent service from all concerned and would highly recommend. 🙂”

“Safestyle has been nothing less then fantastic experience & I would highly recommend them to anyone. From the moment I submitted the button to book quote I received phone call almost immediately and 2h later Surveyor arrived to take measurements :) Week later another surveyor arrive to take the final measures before sending to factory. 3 weeks later received phone call to set a day for fitting new Bay window. Craig the window fitter was alone and did fantastic job. Took him 4h to remove and fit new beautiful window as well as tidying up everything to perfection. Excellent customer service & fantastic job from the entire Safestyle Team from the beginning to the end and the precise timing. Happy customer Agata”
