“Awful service. Back window took a year to repair. Builder did a terrible job. Customer service non-existent. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Stay away.”

“1st class service from start to finish from the first chat with the sales man right through to the fitting.the fitters were amazing I can't believe they removed and fitted 9 windows 2 doors French doors and a porch in the day the quality of the windows are 2nd to none I would highly recommend Safe Style to anyone Thank you all for a fantastic service Phil from Milton Keynes”

“I have had continuous problems with the doors installed by Safestyle. Engineers are friendly enough I just wish that I didn't need a weekly visit for doors that are only a month old. Very poor...”

“Great communication from start to finish a very clean neat job..windows look great and the fitters even asked where the hoover was wearing masks due to covid 19 for all the time at my property.Would highly recommened safe style .”

“Door was fitted at the beginning of July. The fitter was very polite and worked with out disrupting me working from home. After completing the fitting he demonstrated the operation to open close and lock. At all times he complied with covid 19 requirements and ensured my home felt safe to welcome him. The Door - always whilst waiting for fitting felt a little expensive but having seen the end result the quality of the fitters work I think I got value for money and a door that befits my Palace”

“Have been working for the company, and would recommend not to use them. You would be mislead from the beginning, as the real fitting price would be a 55% out from their list price. The quality of the product and flexibility of accommodating the customers is less than impressive. It s just about feeding the people that are working for the company as they have no salaries and relay on commission to survive. If not only that, you would expect a reliable after sale services. Well be aware they don't have the infrastructure to handle it. You can not trust a company managed by dishonest management teams. Instead Use a reliable local family business. I will personally as as an ex representative for the company, engage a legal procedure against them to mislaid their employees and their customers.”

“The window fitters were in a rush to finish the job as it was a Friday afternoon and so they didn't have to return the next day. one bedroom widow didn't close properly and 3 on the windows have scratches on them. they left the windows mucky and with marks all over so didn't know they were scratches till they had left. Rang customer services and someone was sent out the next day to investigate and in fairness he was polite and understanding and further investigation showed that they have done a shoddy job on the window sills. someone was sent out to replace the scratched windows however one of the replacements was also scratched and therefore they have to return again. for the amount of money being sent you think there would be a better quality control when producing the windows, especially when providing replacements for already faults! Knowing what we do now, we would not have gone with safestyle and would not recommend.”

“We were very pleased with the service we received from start to finish, the time fom the quote ro fitting was amazingly fast. The crews were polite, prompt, clean and tidy. With coved at the moment they were understanding with social distancing. The cost of the 9 windows were less than I thought and very good value”

“Start to finish everything done efficiently. The fitter wore a mask all the time. He was so polite and extremely efficient. I am delighted with my new patio doors and feel completely safe, at long last!”

“Safe style were punctual, observed full safety measures from both the rep and the fitter. Good advice given, a fair estimate. The fitter has done a fantastic job and my new door is great . Over the moon with my door. Would recommend Safe style to everyone.”

“Good team turned up to carry out work they were very polite and also kept there distance due to what is going on at the moment there work was done to a high standard and they also cleaned up after work was finished .Staff at office first class also the surveyor was very good all in all I am a very satisfied customer”

“very friendly team,cheefull, reliable on time,very clean when finished,hovered up any mess ,cleaned up back yard, kept in tea ,always ask if they could use the toilet left spotless,yes all in all a very good team i had over the two days, and i would reccommend safe style to a friend or relative if they needed new windows or doors.10 out of 10.well done lads”

“I had new front and back doors replaced also patio doors. I was so pleased I decided to have the rest of the windows replaced. The installers were very pleasant and left no mess at all. I couldn't fault the workmanship and I would definitely recommend them in the future. Totally satisfied.”

“Had 6 windows and one french door conversion. Was done in half the estimated time and didn't need the scaffolding so agreed to refund the cost. The fitters were friendly, considerate of the kids regarding noise and made sure we had a safe space away from the work by discussing this with me beforehand and prioritising the order in which they did the windows. Safe to say I was happy with the work and the end result.”
