“Terrible service and company that makes no effort for their customers once you have signed up. Took 8 months to complete the project after wrong measurements meant that I couldn't use a whole room in my house and a temporary window was fitted (image attached as to how this was left). Customer service is shocking. the "manager" I was assigned lied numerous times on the phone about installation dates to try and appease me. I don't normally write negative reviews, but I don't want anyone else to make the same mistakes I have and use Safestyle UK for window fitting.”

“Had my windows and doors done on the 25th June came out to check the windows and doors there were at least 12 white marks on my grey windows which the went round with a felt tip marker to cover the white bits up my front door does not lock properly back door squeaks and is very hard to lock my back bathroom window does not fit properly when closed i can still see outside there is that much of a gap the sealing around the doors and windows is rubbish some of the uvpc is all ready coming away on my bathroom windows they peeled a sticker off one of the bedroom windows but left all the sticky bit there. Getting through to there complaints department was on hold for 1 hour to be told it will take 4 weeks for someone to come out to make a report then ring me up the day before and tell me its going to be another 2 weeks before someone comes out to do the report yet when you want to buy any windows or doors you can speak to someone in 5 seconds and have a sales person at your door in less than 3 hours quick enough to take your money but not quick enough to sort problems out disgusting after sales . i knew 3 people who was going to use your company and have now decided to use someone else after me telling them of my experience .”

“Our door was delivered and fitted yesterday,the fitter was very polite and very professional.He was pleasant and observed social distance all the time.He was very clean and cleared up every bit of rubbish. He comes highly recommended and we are very pleased with the door as well.m”

“I required two front doors to be fitted. The salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable about the materials. The price was agreed and I awaited the fitting. The engineers were friendly, and they left all the house/ driveway area clean. The doors were to a high standard and I would recommend safe style uk. Thank you.”

“I have had my conservatory for about 5 years now and have had nothing but trouble with it. I think they must have been out about six times to try to put right different things. /at the moment I have leaks and water is running down the wall which is on one side of the conservatory and connects with my next door neighbour. The engineer came and arranged for someone, who is self employed to come and try to fix it. He moved some of the lead flashing around, said it was ok at that was that. It wasn't ok, the leak is worse so I rang them again in June this year and another engineer turned up and arranged for an appointment for someone to come and fix it on the 7th july. Before this date I was rung and they said that they couldn't come until 31st October now. This happens every time I have a problem. Now as you can imagine the water down the wall is getting worse every time it rains. You would have thought that this is an important fault which most reputable companies would have sorted as soon as possible, but not this company. I work in retail where our customer service is excellent. This Company doesn't know what good customer service is. If you are thinking about having anything from them DON'T.”

“Very pleased with a new Bay Window and front door fitted. Very professional engineers, helpful, friendly and left as tidy as possible. Price wise I thought very reasonable. Nice enhancement to our home. Would recommend.”

“Doors arrived on my chosen day and the fitters were very friendly. Plenty of dust sheets were provided by them which was good as I was having a window replaced by french doors so, lots of removal of brick work. They removed all the rubble and the old window. Thank you guys.”
